Refund Policy

When a refund is considered, when it is not, and how to ask for one.

Draft for review. The wording below was prepared as a starting point. It has not been checked by a lawyer and it has not been approved for publication, so this page is currently excluded from search engines.

Before you order

The surest way to avoid needing a refund is to check compatibility first. Tell us the make and model of the device you intend to use, and what you want to watch, and we will tell you honestly whether this service suits you.

If something is not working

Contact us before asking for a refund. A large proportion of problems are setup issues on the device or the home network, and they are usually resolved quickly once we can see what you are seeing.

When a refund is considered

We consider refund requests where the service cannot be made to work for you and the cause is not your own equipment or internet connection, and where the request is made promptly after the subscription begins.

When a refund is not available

Refunds are not normally available where a subscription has been used for a substantial part of its period, where the difficulty is caused by your own device or internet connection and you decline the help offered, or where these terms have been broken.

How to request one

Contact us with the account details, the device you used and a description of the problem and the steps already tried. We will respond with a decision and, where a refund is agreed, arrange it through the method used for payment.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
