These terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to subscriptions arranged with Reflexsat IPTV. By placing an order you accept them.

What a subscription includes

A subscription provides access to the service for an agreed period, together with the account details needed to configure a compatible player application and the setup guidance published on this website.

A subscription does not include the player application itself, which is supplied by a third-party developer under its own terms and may carry its own charge. It does not include your internet connection, your television or your streaming device.

Simultaneous connections

Each subscription allows a stated number of streams to play at the same time. You may configure the service on more devices than that, but only the stated number can play simultaneously.

Account details are for the use of your household. Sharing them more widely, reselling access or using the service to redistribute content is not permitted and may result in the subscription being suspended.

Availability and quality

Playback quality depends on factors including the source material, your device, your home network and your internet connection. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, a particular resolution or the continuous availability of any specific channel or title.

Programming available on any television platform changes over time. Where particular programming is important to your decision, confirm it with us before ordering.

Acceptable use

You agree not to record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit material accessed through the service, and not to attempt to interfere with the service or access it other than as intended.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

The price and period are confirmed with you before a subscription is arranged. Subscriptions run for the agreed period and do not renew automatically unless you ask us to renew them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a subscription where these terms are broken, where the account is being shared beyond the household, or where we are required to do so.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
